Hours: 7.30am - 5pm

Salary: £12.21ph

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

HRGO Recruitment are seeking for experience Assembly Operatives to work in Kent TN16 area.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble brass wear components per detailed instructions and quality standards.
• Build, test, and pack products to meet quality and output targets.
• Use hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Follow standard procedures and work instructions.
• Inspect components for defects and ensure quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Report and suggest improvements for procedural issues.
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing.
• Be flexible in your working approach.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: Previous assembly or production experience.
• Technical Capability: Comfortable using hand tools and machinery.
• Physical Fitness: Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25-50 kg safely.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous inspection skills and ability to identify faults.
• Reliability: Punctual, committed, able to follow verbal/written instructions.
• Driver - due to location
