4 x Production Operative | Temp to Perm (Harlow area)
We're looking for people seeking a long term role with a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and hands-on ability, who can follow digital instructions and work well with others.
We are recruiting key Production Assermbly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in the Harlow area. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with pre-start interview . Then transferring over to permanent after 12 weeks assessment period successful in a clean, modern working environment, with full training and ongoing support provided.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours
Monday-Thursday: 07:55-16:40
Friday: 07:55-15:25
(15-minute break + 30-minute lunch - both unpaid)
Duties include:

Operating semi-automated machinery and equipment

Assembling products using small components and hand tools

Following step-by-step processes and digital instructions

Conducting quality checks throughout production

Maintaining high accuracy and consistency

Working effectively within a team
