Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour, depending on training and experience

Are you someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in people's lives? Are you resilient, motivated and someone who takes pride in helping others?

We're looking for compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic people to support individuals in a variety of care settings. Whether it's helping someone remain independent in their own home, providing live-in care, supporting someone returning home from hospital or offering occasional care and companionship, there are opportunities to make a real difference.

What could the role involve?

    • Providing practical help and personal care tailored to individual needs.
    • Supporting people to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
    • Helping individuals settle back into their own homes following a hospital stay.
    • Offering companionship, reassurance and day-to-day support.
    • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and other professionals to provide consistent, person-centred care.

What are we looking for?

We're interested in people who bring the right attitude as well as the right skills. You could already have care experience, or you might be looking for a rewarding new career where your personal qualities really matter.

You'll need to be:

    • Compassionate and empathetic - treating everyone with dignity, patience and respect.
    • Resilient and adaptable - able to respond calmly to changing needs and challenging situations.
    • Driven and proactive - motivated to make a positive difference and take pride in your work.
    • Collaborative - a team player who communicates well and understands the importance of working together.
    • Reliable and flexible - willing to work across different care arrangements and respond to varying client needs.

A driving licence and access to your own transport would be a real advantage, particularly when supporting people in their own homes, although please let us know your circumstances when applying.

What's on offer?

    • Pay rates from £12.71 per hour during training to £14.00 per hour for fully trained carers, depending on your training and competency.
    • Opportunities to work across a variety of care settings and support arrangements.
    • The chance to build meaningful relationships and make a genuine difference to people's lives.
    • An opportunity to use your existing care experience or develop your skills in a rewarding role.

If you're someone who cares about people, takes responsibility and wants to do work that truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.

Your experience matters, but your attitude could make all the difference.
