HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Area Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across the South East region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who can lead by example, maintain high cleaning standards, and support cleaning teams across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and supporting cleaning staff across various locations within the South East.
Conducting regular site visits, inspections, and quality audits.
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and health & safety compliance are maintained.
Managing staffing levels, attendance, and holiday cover.
Providing training, guidance, and performance support to cleaning operatives.
Liaising with clients to ensure service expectations are met and exceeded.
Responding promptly to operational issues and implementing solutions.
Requirements:
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one, which can be arranged)
Previous supervisory experience within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively.
