Cleaning Supervisor
📍 Location: Dover, Kent
📅 Contract: Temporary ongoing
⏰ Hours: 16hours per week, 🗓 Mon - Thurs: 17:00 - 20:00, Friday: 13:00-17:00
💰 Salary: £14.50 per hours.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team on a busy commercial site in Dover. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who leads by example and is committed to delivering exceptional cleaning standards.
Your Duties
✅ Supervise and support a small team of cleaners.
✅ Carry out hands-on cleaning duties.
✅ Clean offices, factory and production areas, and warehouse spaces (excluding machinery).
✅ Operate floor buffer machines.
✅ Complete quality inspections and maintain high cleaning standards.
✅ Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed.
What We're Looking For
✔️ Proven experience in a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
✔️ Experience leading a small team.
✔️ Hands-on attitude with a strong work ethic.
✔️ Experience operating floor buffer machines (essential).
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
✔️ Valid Standard DBS certificate (essential).
✔️ Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
