HRGO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Chartham. 📦 Job Duties:
Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload fruit pallets
Transporting stock safely across the warehouse and yard
Supporting stock control and inventory processes
Assisting with general warehouse tasks as required
Always following all health & safety procedures
✅ Requirements:
A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (this is essential - applications without a valid licence cannot be considered)
Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or logistics setting
Strong awareness of workplace safety
A dependable, team-focused attitude and willingness to support with manual handling when needed
Own transport is preferred due to location
