Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: Dronfield Salary/Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour Job Type: Temp to Perm Working Hours/Days: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and 1 in 6 Saturdays 9am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Provide support for a variety of industries, including GP surgeries, insurance companies, and solicitors.
Accurately take messages and log customer contact details into the system.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure all interactions are positive and productive.
Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to team goals and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service or call handling role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when recording customer information.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
A positive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help.
