Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Preston

Salary: £23,463p/a

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday: 9am - 5pm

Saturday: 10am - 4pm

HRGO are recruiting on behalf of a growing eCommerce business who are looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a customer-focused and customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and webchat
  • Support customers with product information, availability and general queries
  • Assist customers with order placement and provide guidance on suitable product choices when required
  • Liaise with suppliers and couriers to help ensure deliveries run smoothly and issues are resolved quickly
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns in a timely, calm and solutions-focused manner
  • Provide customer support within the showroom, sharing product knowledge and answering enquiries
  • Keep customers updated on order progress, delivery timelines and any changes

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Previous experience in a customer service advisor role
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Willingness to support the wider team
  • Experience supporting customers with product selection
  • Showroom, retail, trade counter or eCommerce customer service experience (desirable)
