Are you organised, proactive and confident working in a busy environment? We are looking for a reliable and efficient Administrator to join our clients operations team, supporting customers and ensuring items are processed quickly and accurately.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who is computer‑literate, has a professional telephone manner, and is comfortable using their own initiative. Please note: the position involves some manual lifting of items/boxes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming items and processing them accurately onto our online portal
  • Completing data entry tasks and updating spreadsheets
  • Organising the repatriation of items to customers
  • Operating live chat and communicating with passengers in real time
  • Managing incoming and outgoing passenger emails
  • Taking telephone calls and providing excellent customer support
  • Booking courier shipments and managing dispatch information
  • Monitoring and responding to live chat queries

  • Comfortable with manual handling when required
  • Computer literate with strong attention to detail
