Lead a small, skilled electrical team on a high-profile infrastructure site.
We're recruiting an experienced Electrical Team Supervisor / Team Leader to join a business specialising in electrical distribution and control/automation systems, based at the Eurotunnel site in Folkestone. If you enjoy leading from the front, keeping projects on track and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers, this is a great opportunity with strong pay and a stable Monday-Friday schedule.
- Essential: You must have a valid passport for this role
- Note: Site access/security checks may also be required
What you'll be doing
- Producing small project costings (quote preparation, cost estimates, etc.)
- Supervising and supporting a small team (1-2 people)
- Managing procurement follow-up (orders, deliveries, supplier relationships)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Reporting progress and updates to line management
What we're looking for
- Valid passport (essential)
- Experience supervising/leading a small team
- Technical or commercial background
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service mindset
- Organised, detail-focused, able to work autonomously
- Industrial / infrastructure experience preferred
