HRGO Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering and manufacturing company in Gainsborough for an experienced Engineering Warehouse Operative. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with a background in a mechanical engineering warehouse or engineering stores environment who is looking to join a growing business offering long-term stability, excellent working hours and a supportive team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Process customer orders from receipt through to picking, packing and dispatch
Receive, inspect and book in engineering parts and materials
Pick and issue components to support production requirements
Prepare and dispatch customer orders safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems
Carry out regular stock checks and inventory control
Load and unload deliveries safely
Work closely with production, purchasing and logistics teams
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
Shifts Available:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am till 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am till 3:00pm
Day Shift Pattern
39 hours per week
About You:
Minimum 2 years' experience within a mechanical engineering warehouse or engineering stores environment
Experience processing customer orders from receipt through to picking and dispatch
Strong IT literacy and experience using stock control or warehouse management systems
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Reliable, proactive and positive approach to work
Able to reliably commute to Gainsborough
