We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in Harlow. This is an excellent opportunity offering consistent hours, flexible shift patterns, and long-term ongoing work, with additional weekend overtime available for those who want it.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
Load, unload, and move stock across the warehouse
Assist with general warehouse duties when required
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
Proven experience in a similar forklift role
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Able to commit to rotating shift patterns
Safety boots required (all other PPE provided)
