Job Title: FLT Reach Truck Operative
Location: Sheffield, S9
Pay Rate: £14.73 per hour
Working Hours/Days: Nights, 4 on 4 off, 6:00pm - 6:00am
HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for FLT Reach Truck Operatives on behalf of a leading logistics company based in Sheffield (S9).

The Role
As an FLT Reach Truck Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation. Duties will include:
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading containers, trailers, and delivery vehicles
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse using FLT equipment
- Accurately picking and preparing orders for dispatch
- Carrying out pallet inspections and stock checks
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Please note: This is a physically demanding role involving regular manual handling.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 6 months' warehouse experience
- A valid RTITB or ITSSAR Reach Truck licence
- Previous experience operating a Reach Truck FLT
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- The ability to carry out physically demanding duties
- Valid right to work documentation
