We are recruiting an experienced Forklift Driver (Reach or Counterbalance) to join a food production environment based in Bishop's Stortford. This role starts on 18 March and runs until 14 April, with the possibility of ongoing work depending on business requirements.

Shift Pattern: 7am-7pm, 4 on / 4 off
Pay Rate: £13.78 per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Operating Reach and/or Counterbalance forklifts safely
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving and stacking goods within the warehouse
• Supporting general warehouse and production tasks
• Maintaining a clean, food-safe working environment
• Following all site health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Reach or Counterbalance forklift licence (either or both accepted)
• Previous forklift experience within warehouse or production environments
• Reliability, good communication, and ability to work within a team
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts on a rotating 4 on / 4 off pattern
