HRGO are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Gardener to join a well-established team maintaining green spaces across Ashford, Kent. This is a hands-on, physically active role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Travel between multiple sites within the local area
Maintain lawns, beds, borders, and communal green spaces to a high standard
Carry out mowing, strimming, and edging duties
Plant seasonal displays and undertake weeding and general upkeep
Safely operate handheld and powered gardening equipment
Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues where required
Follow all on-site health and safety procedures
Skills & Requirements
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Previous experience in gardening or grounds maintenance
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
