Overview HRGO are recruiting for an experienced and reliable Gardener to join a well-established team maintaining green spaces across Ashford, Kent. This is a hands-on, physically active role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Travel between multiple sites across the local area
Maintain lawns, beds, borders, and green spaces to company standards
Carry out mowing, strimming, and edging
Plant seasonal displays and undertake weeding and general upkeep
Safely operate handheld and powered gardening equipment
Work collaboratively with the team and assist where needed 🤝
Follow all on-site health and safety procedures
Skills & Requirements
Full UK driving licence (essential) 🚗
Previous experience in gardening or grounds maintenance
Ability to work well as part of a team
Physically fit and able to lift and carry equipment
Strong attention to detail and high working standards
Good understanding of health and safety practices
Working Hours Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm ⏰
