We are seeking a proactive Horticulture Installation Operative to join a dynamic four-person exterior installation team.
This hands-on, fast-paced role is perfect for someone who enjoys teamwork, manual work, and delivering premium landscaping finishes for high-end clients.
What You Will Do:
Create Stunning Spaces: Assist in building luxury rooftop gardens, urban green spaces, and installing exotic plant schemes.
Heavy Landscaping Support: Handle general on-site labour, including installing decking, benches, and structural elements.
Logistics & Prep: Load, unload, and move heavy site materials like aggregates, large pots, and mature trees.
Site Management: Manage inventory checks, tool organisation, and thorough post-job clear-downs.
City Travel: Navigate efficiently between multiple premium London sites daily using the Tube / transport network ( oyster card paid ) .
What We Are Looking For:
Physically Fit: Fully comfortable with heavy lifting, regular manual handling, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Flexible Adaptability: Ready for early morning starts (from example 06:30 AM) and variable finish times to meet client deadlines.
Professional Communicator: Punctual, reliable, and polite when representing the company on high-end corporate sites.
London Ready: Happy to travel extensively across London using an Oyster card etc .
Legal Required: A valid right to work in the UK and solid professional references.
Night Project Weekends : Flexibility for occasional project nights and weekends .
Great to Have (But Not Essential):
A valid CSCS Card or Certified Manual Handling Training.
A full UK Driving Licence.
Existing planting knowledge (ornamental, exotic, or floriculture).
Willingness to undergo a DBS check if required by specific premium sites.
