Job Title: Process Technician (Injection / Blow Moulding) Location: Tilbury, Essex Hours: 12 Hour Shifts, 2 days, 2 Nights, 4 Off Salary: From £28,500 (Dependant on experience and negiotiable for candidates with strong experience)
HRGO Recruitment is on the hunt for a Process Technician for our client based in Tilbury, Essex.
Our client is part of a global manufacturing firm, supplying to a variety of major brands.
We are looking for an experienced Techncian with experience working with plastics who is logical and real team player to ensure our client's fast paced production line goes smoothly.
Main Responsibilities of a Process Technician:
Manage, operate and maintain production machinery.
Ensure products are manufactured adhering to the production schedule.
Perform preventative and corrective minor maintenance on equipment as needed.
Execute production changeovers and initiate start-up processes.
Visually inspect completed products or use camera systems for verification.
Conduct regular quality assessments
Adhere to company safety standards while ensuring a clean and organised workspace.
Experience & Background
Must have experience in a fast paced production facility.
