The Rewards
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum
Overtime: Paid at 1.25x rate
Travel: Oyster card costs fully covered

Contract: Full-time, permanent role
The Role
Heavy Labour: Move aggregates, mature trees, and large pots
Installation: Assist with luxury decking, benches, and premium plant schemes
Logistics: Load/unload materials and manage site clean-down
Travel: Navigate daily between premium Central London commercial sites
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (early starts from 06:30 AM)
What You Need
Fitness: Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual lifting
Reliability: Punctual, flexible, and ready for early morning starts
Presentation: Polite and professional customer service skills on corporate sites
Legal: Valid Right to Work in the UK and solid references
