HRGO are recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator on behalf of our client in Chartham, near Canterbury. This is a temp-to-perm role with an immediate start available for the right candidate 🚀
Hours of work are 6:30am - 6:30pm, 5 shifts per week - please note this includes weekends. Due to the location, it is preferable to have your own transport. Hourly rate is £12.90ph.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production processes
Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings as necessary
Ensure machines are set correctly and running efficiently
Work with team members to troubleshoot any issues
Follow all health & safety regulations and quality standards
Requirements:
Previous machine operating or production experience is essential
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and committed 💪
