Are you an experienced Handyman or Maintenance Operative looking for your next opportunity?
We're looking for a skilled, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our client's team in Margate, Kent. If you enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
🔧 What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including:
🧱 Making good brickwork and carrying out minor repairs
🎨 Filling holes, preparing surfaces, and painting & decorating
🏗️ Building and installing stud walls
🌿 General grounds maintenance and site upkeep
🔨 Completing a variety of general maintenance tasks as required
✅ Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
👷 What We're Looking For
✔️ Previous experience in a Handyman, Maintenance Operative, or similar role
✔️ Good all-round maintenance and building skills
✔️ Experience with basic brickwork repairs, painting, and stud wall installation
✔️ A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality workmanship
