Marketing & Communications Executive
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 FTE | Permanent | 4 or 5 days per week

Are you a hands-on marketer who loves variety across campaigns, content, digital and events? This is a great opportunity to join a growing, international business and play a key role in delivering marketing and communications that support our next phase of growth. You'll work closely with the Directors and wider team, gaining exposure across the full marketing mix.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Research market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights into campaign plans.
  • Track, measure and report on campaign performance to the Directors, supporting budget tracking.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, web content, case studies and social media assets.

PR, communications & digital:

  • Draft press releases, newsletters, thought leadership and customer communications.
  • Support internal communications to ensure key messages are cascaded across the business.
  • Maintain media lists, assist with media outreach and manage social media content calendars and engagement.
  • Coordinate videography projects from brief to final content, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Support digital activity across email, social media, Google Ads and SEO; update website content and monitor analytics.

Events & supplier relations:

  • Help organise the company's presence at events and trade shows, including stand preparation, logistics and promotional materials.
  • Support customer events and conferences.
  • Maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and work with them to leverage marketing budgets, resources and expertise.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a marketing and/or communications role, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using digital marketing tools (social media, email platforms, basic analytics; CANVA, any Google Ads/SEO experience a plus).
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Salary & benefits:

  • £35,000 - £38,000 FTE
  • Expected start date: ASAP
  • Job type: Permanent, 4 or 5 days per week
  • Flexible working (expected in-office for first 3 months to get up to speed and understand the business)
