Who are Eclipse Group Solutions?
We're an experimentation-focused agency - a passionate team of consultants, engineers, and strategists dedicated to helping product squads ship smarter, move faster, and make decisions grounded in evidence. We're family-run, we care deeply about our culture, and we're growing.
We believe in our people. We're curious, we're courageous, we're creative, and we genuinely care - about each other, our clients, and the work we put out into the world.
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to join the Eclipse team. This is a hands-on, varied role at the heart of our marketing activity - the person who makes sure things actually get done, and done well.
Your bread and butter will be publishing content to our website via Webflow and running email campaigns through Mailchimp. You'll keep our digital presence ticking over, our audience engaged, and our pipeline warm.
You'll also contribute to content production - writing and editing with support from the wider team - though the heavy lifting on content strategy sits elsewhere.
If you're someone who gets a quiet thrill from a well‑executed campaign, a perfectly formatted email, and a website that actually reflects the quality of what we do - we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Website & Digital
- Publish and update articles, case studies, and landing pages in Webflow, keeping content accurate, on‑brand, and well‑structured
- Make routine updates to web copy, imagery, and page layouts as directed
- Support SEO best practices when publishing content, including metadata, headings, and internal linking
- Monitor basic website performance metrics and flag issues or opportunities
Email Marketing
- Build, test, and send email campaigns using Mailchimp - from newsletters to nurture sequences
- Manage contact lists, segmentation, and tagging within Mailchimp
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click‑through rates, conversions) and share learnings with the team
- Work with the wider team to plan the email calendar and ensure timely delivery
Content Production
- In collaboration with subject‑matter experts, write and edit blog posts, social media copy, and short‑form content
- Assist in repurposing long‑form content (webinars, whitepapers, talks) into shorter assets for different channels
- Proofread and quality‑check content produced by others before it goes live
- Help manage the content calendar and keep things moving to deadline
Social Media & Events
- Schedule and publish social media content across LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Collect and report on social performance metrics, making data‑informed recommendations
- Launch on‑demand, virtual, and in‑person events via Eventbrite and LinkedIn
- Support on‑the‑day requirements for in‑person events in London
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, content, or digital role (B2B experience is a bonus)
- Hands‑on experience with Webflow or a comparable CMS - comfortable publishing and formatting content independently
- Experience using Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform
- Strong written English - clear, concise, and adaptable to different formats and audiences
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with proofreading and QA
- Comfortable working to deadlines and juggling multiple tasks
- A curious, improvement‑minded approach - you notice what's working and what isn't
Bonus Points For
- Experience with social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Express for creating simple visual assets
- Basic knowledge of SEO and how to apply it when publishing content
- An interest in experimentation, data, or digital products - our world is niche, and enthusiasm goes a long way
What You'll Get
- A genuinely collaborative team that values ideas, initiative, and honest conversations
- The chance to shape how a growing agency shows up in the world
- Real variety in your day‑to‑day - no two weeks look the same
- A culture built on curiosity and continuous improvement - we practise what we preach
