HRGO are currently recruiting on behalf of our client on the outskirts of Maidstone for a Material Controller to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a production or warehouse background who is confident using a computer and can work as a link between the warehouse and production teams.
📍 Location: Maidstone, Kent
⏰ Start: ASAP
📅 Shifts:Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
💷 Pay: £13.45 per hour (potential increase based on performance)
🚗 Must be able to drive due to location
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinating the movement of materials between the warehouse and production
Ensuring production has the correct materials and parts when needed
Using computer systems to search for and identify parts
Checking and organising materials
Working closely with warehouse and production teams
Helping to keep production running smoothly
Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines
What We're Looking For:
Previous warehouse or production experience is essential
Good computer skills
Ability to search for and identify parts using a computer system
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Good attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Must be able to drive due to the location
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
