Multi Skilled Operatives
We are seeking reliable, motivated multi skilled operatives, to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment on a permanent basis.
The role involves pre-start inspections, ensuring sufficient levels of stock are available, booking in deliveries and ensuring tasks are documented. You will be working within a chilled environment, whilst maintaining the highest quality and food safety standards.
There is a distinct food aroma throughout the production area. You will be required to stand for the duration of your shift. All PPE is supplied.
There will be an opportunity to progress and to gain an in-house FLT license in time.
Due to the location, you must have your own transport.
Monday - Friday 14:00 - 22:00 (40 hour week)
Salary £29,764 plus an annual bonus

Key responsibilities:
- Working within a warehouse environment- loading trailers with finished products.
- Booking in goods within the packing area
- Ensure all paperwork is filled in accurately and in a timely manner.
- Sort waste bags into waste skip or compactors
- Ensure sufficient levels of PPE are available
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping at all times
- Carry out routine cleaning and sanitising tasks as required
- Monitor product quality and report any issues or defects immediately
- Assist with stock handling, weighing and basic inventory tasks
-Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
