We are seeking an experienced Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a busy maintenance team supporting multiple university campuses, ensuring buildings and facilities remain safe, compliant, and fully operational for students, staff, and visitors. 🔧🏫

Key Duties:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
• Fault find and repair building services systems
• Maintain HVAC, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Complete maintenance records using CAFM systems
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota

Requirements:

• Relevant trade qualification (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Previous facilities maintenance or building services experience
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, reliable, and team-focused approach
