HRGO are currently recruiting a motivated and reliable Stock Operative on behalf of our client based in Chartham, just outside Canterbury. This is a key role within the warehouse, responsible for accurately tracking and recording stock movements.
The ideal candidate will be confident using computers - particularly Excel - and comfortable working night shifts 🌙. This is an ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent. Working hours are 7pm-5am, with some weekend work required. The rate of pay is £13.76 per hour 💷.
Key Responsibilities 📋
Accurately monitor and manage stock levels within the warehouse
Use Excel to record stock movements and maintain precise documentation
Work closely with colleagues to improve stock processes and efficiency
Ensure the warehouse remains organised and compliant with safety standards
Provide support across other warehouse duties when required
What We're Looking For 🔍
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
Flexibility to work night shifts (7pm-5am) and weekends when required
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
Previous experience in stock control or warehouse operations is beneficial, but not essential
