About the Role
HRGO Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Packhouse Administrator to join a busy operation based in Chartham.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, production or packhouse environment, who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent.
The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth running of daily operations by supporting the team with administrative duties and keeping records accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Completing general administrative duties to support daily operations.
Updating and maintaining records and paperwork accurately.
Supporting warehouse and production teams with administrative tasks.
Assisting with stock records, delivery paperwork and order processing where required.
Ensuring information is entered correctly into internal systems.
Communicating with colleagues to help keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
Previous administration experience is essential.
Experience within a warehouse, production or packhouse environment is highly desirable.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confident using computers and completing data entry.
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts, including weekends.
What We Offer
£13.47 per hour.
Overtime paid at £16.84 per hour.
