Role Overview
HRGO Recruitment are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packing & Polishing Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role involving polishing finished products, packing goods ready for dispatch, and supporting the wider production team.
Key Responsibilities
Polishing finished products to the required quality standards
Packing products for storage and dispatch
Assisting with loading and unloading materials as required
Supporting general warehouse and production duties
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Supporting the wider team to ensure production targets are met
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or packing environment desirable
Must be able to drive due to location
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks
