A leading high-precision manufacturing business is seeking a Deburr Operator to join its Glasgow facility. This role involves finishing and preparing precision metal components to ensure they meet strict quality and customer standards before final assembly or dispatch.
Duties and Responsibilities
Inspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, and surface defects
Use hand files, sanders, grinders, and rotary tools to achieve high-quality finishes
Follow engineering drawings and work instructions
Carry out detailed deburring work using microscopes/magnifiers where required
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Requirements:
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Health & safety conscious
Deburring or precision manufacturing experience desirable (full training provided)
Positive attitude and strong team ethic
