Week 1: Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 3:00pm
Week 2: Monday to Friday - 3:00pm to 11:00pm
Role Overview
HRGO Recruitment Ashford is looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy production company located on the outskirts of Ashford. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a production or warehouse background looking for stable, long-term work with the potential to progress into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manually handling and carrying bottles across production areas
Filling bottles as part of the manufacturing process
Lifting and moving heavy containers and products (repetitive lifting involved)
Labelling and packing finished products
Following instructions from team leaders and supervisors
Willingness to rotate between early and late shifts on a weekly basis
Ideal Candidate Will Be
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items repeatedly throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse settings preferred
Own transport is essential due to the rural location (no public transport access)
Flexibility to work both shift patterns as required
