💰 Pay: £12.21 per hour
⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week

Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our Rollers Department on a temp to perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to secure a permanent position with a growing company.
Your Mission is Simple:
👉 Produce high-quality products efficiently and ensure every order leaves the factory to the highest standard.
🛠 What You'll Be Doing:
- 🔧 Manufacture products to exact specifications and quality standards
- 📦 Check stock and materials, reporting any shortages or defects
- 🚚 Process and dispatch orders accurately to meet delivery deadlines
- 🗣 Keep the Production Supervisor updated on progress and any issues
- 🧹 Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working area
- 🔄 Support other departments when required
- 🦺 Follow all Health & Safety procedures
- 📊 Take part in stock checks
- ⏱ Be flexible with overtime when required (with reasonable notice)

- ✋ Good manual dexterity and ability to stand and lift during shifts
- 😊 Positive "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn
- 🤝 Team player who can also work independently once trained
- 🔢 Good numeracy, literacy (English) and basic IT skills
- 👀 Strong attention to detail
- ⏰ Reliable with excellent time management
