We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company.
This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, ideal for someone with previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or powder coating experience.
Duties will include:
Operating production machinery and equipment
Manufacturing custom products to specification
Powder coating products and preparing items for finishing
Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
Packing finished goods ready for dispatch
Carrying out quality checks throughout production
Loading and unloading materials and stock
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Supporting the wider production and warehouse team as required
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or powder coating experience
Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
Have a good work ethic and reliable attendance
Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
Have good attention to detail and take pride in their work
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with consistent daytime hours. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
This will start as a temporary contract with the view to go permanent after successful probation period.
