Your Daily Responsibilities
Preparing, blending, and packing high-end spice and food products.
Operating modern production machinery (with full training and supervision).
Keeping your workspace to the highest quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Safely lifting, stacking, and preparing finished products onto pallets for dispatch.
Working collaboratively within a friendly, supportive, and energetic team.
What We Are Looking For
"Own Transport:" A reliable vehicle (car or motorbike) is essential due to the rural location of the site (easily accessible via the M11, A120, and A10).
Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and excellent attention to detail.
Great Attitude: A friendly, team-first approach to daily tasks.
Experience: Previous warehouse, factory, or food manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required as full training is given.
