Our clients are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for Production Operator roles in their warehouse. This position encompasses light lifting and heavy lifting responsibilities, where operators will play a crucial role in our production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Light Lifter Role:
Operate on the production line in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient workflow.
Handle light packaging tasks, including moving lighter products with precision and care.
Maintain quality control standards by inspecting products as they move through the production line.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Heavy Lifter Role:
Perform manual lifting and moving of heavier products within the warehouse.
Responsibilities include shovelling rubbish and maintaining a clean warehouse environment.
Move and pack heavy bottles and other materials as required.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations while performing manual work.
Requirements:
Previous experience in production or warehouse environments, particularly in fast-paced settings.
Strong physical fitness for heavy lifting roles; must be able to lift and move heavy items as needed.
Ability to complete both shift patterns (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
Willingness to undergo training provided by the employer.
