This is for the ridiculously organised.
If you're the person who colour-codes, follows up, keeps everyone aligned, and makes sure nothing gets missed - you'll thrive here. This is a career move into project delivery, not "just admin".

About the business
We design, deliver, and support structured cabling, fibre and IT infrastructure projects for Higher Education clients across the UK. We're known for tidy project delivery, clear communication, and high standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, trackers and documentation

  • Be the communication hub between engineers, sales, procurement and management

  • Prepare project reports and commissioning packs; manage quotes, handovers, drawings and as-builts

  • Support engineer scheduling, stock checks and logistics

  • Input project data, track costs and support basic financial reporting

  • Capture lessons learned and help improve processes/templates

What we're looking for

  • Experience in project support, coordination, construction admin, scheduling, or busy operations environments

  • Extremely organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong communication skills (comfortable working with engineers and clients)

  • Solid MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint); MS Project/PM tools a plus

  • Cabling/networking knowledge beneficial but not essential

  • Ambition to grow into Project Management / Operations

What you get

  • £26,000-£30,000 per annum (DOE)

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • Pension, free parking, great culture

  • Genuine progression and development (career path, not a stopgap)

Location: Somerton Business Park, TA11 6SB
Reporting to: Senior Project Manager
