Reach Forklift/ Warehouse Operative
Join this well-established international food supply business on a permanent basis. We have an opportunity for a Reach FLT Driver to join them on their fixed early or late shift. If you hold an in-house FLT licence, we'd still love to hear from you.
The role alongside being an FLT driver will also involve unloading deliveries, replenishing and rotating stock. You will be working within a chilled environment, whilst maintaining the highest quality and food safety standards.
There is a distinct food aroma throughout the production area.
Due to the location, you must have your own transport.
Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00 (40 hour week)
Monday - Friday 14:00 - 22:00 (40 hour week)
Salary £30,825 plus overtime and an annual bonus

Key responsibilities:
- Unloading incoming deliveries safely using appropriate equipment
- Operate reach truck to move, locate, stack and retrieve pallets
- Ensure correct stock placement and rotation
- Maintain clean, organised, and safe working areas at all time
- Carry out all reasonable management requests daily
- Report to the Team Leader any hazards or defects, by raising Near Misses.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping at all times
- Carry out routine cleaning and sanitising tasks as required
- Comply with health & safety policies, wearing PPE and observing safe working practices
