HRGO Recruitment are hiring Reach / VNA Forklift Driver to join a leading logistics company in Markham Vale S43. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience and a valid Reach or VNA licence to join a busy and established logistics operation.
The successful candidates will ideally have previous experience operating Reach or VNA equipment within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate Reach / VNA equipment
Move and store stock safely within the warehouse
Load and unload goods as required
Carry out all required pre-use equipment checks
Identify and report any defects or maintenance issues
Follow all site rules, procedures and operational requirements
Maintain high standards of housekeeping
Ensure goods are handled and stored correctly
Work closely with the wider warehouse team
Communicate professionally with colleagues and management
Support general warehouse duties when required
Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Good understanding of warehouse health and safety requirements
Able to identify potential hazards and report issues appropriately
Reliable and punctual
Good communication skills
Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Confident using own initiative within a busy warehouse environment
Willing to complete all required site training
Desirable Skills / Licences:
Experience or certification in any of the following would be advantageous:
Reach Truck
VNA
Previous experience within a logistics or distribution environment
