🌟 SALES DESK REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED 🌟
Salary: From £19 per hour
🕜 Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am-5:30pm
📌 Location: Hayes, Middlesex
This is a long term temporary position.
HRGO Recruitment are looking for a reliable and experienced Sales Desk Representative to support out client in Hayes. You will be responsible for assisting with over-the-counter sales and walk-in customers. The role mainly involves selling products to customers, maintaining the showrooms appearance and supporting day-to-day dispatch and administrative tasks.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers face-to-face and build strong relationships and rapport.
- Quickly develop a good understanding of product ranges and pricing.
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional working environment and showroom.
- Assist with sales enquiries, order processing, end of the day, and general administrative duties such as filing etc.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
✅ Essential requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or face-to-face sales is essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn product information and pricing quickly.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to personal and career development,
- Must be able to use the calculator to work out best on the spot pricing.
🗒️ Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C (or equivalent) preferred.
- Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable browsing online and familiar with online marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon.
