A growing specialist in workplace greenery and living features is hiring a Senior Planner to strengthen planning and delivery performance. The business operates internationally and continues to scale its teams and operations.

As Senior Planner, you'll own end-to-end planning activity to bring certainty, stability and strong customer relationships to the heart of the Planning function. You'll translate demand and project requirements into realistic, fully resourced schedules, aligning labour, materials, logistics and subcontractor support to meet commercial commitments and protect service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver realistic, fully resourced delivery plans aligned to commercial commitments

  • Translate demand into achievable daily, weekly and forward-looking schedules

  • Balance labour, materials, logistics, support and subcontractor capacity to protect on-time delivery

  • Identify capacity gaps, clashes and risks early resolving issues before they impact performance

  • Act as the planning interface across stakeholders, driving alignment and clarity

  • Challenge unrealistic timelines and commitments with fact-based alternatives

  • Introduce simple, robust planning disciplines that stabilise delivery

  • Liaise with customers and confidently communicate plans by phone when needed

About You

  • Strong planning experience in a fast-paced, structured, process-driven environment

  • Proven track record owning complex operational plans under tight deadlines

  • Experience planning labour-intensive operations; able to stabilise or reset planning approaches

  • Confident stakeholder management, with the ability to challenge senior teams constructively

  • Experience coordinating third-party contractors/subcontractors

  • Calm, structured approach with a bias for delivery and clear communication

  • Strong systems/process control mindset; able to spot issues and act quickly

  • Demonstrable customer management experience, including phone-based client communication
