Job Title: Service Coordinator

Job Type: Full time/permanent - Monday to Friday (Office based)
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are excited to exclusively supporting our Ashford based client in their search for a Service Coordinator.

As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the service and sales teams to assist in the growth of the business within the UK.

Duties include:

  • Produce remedial quotations after service engineer site visits.

  • Proactively chase outstanding quotations and work to convert them into orders.

  • Process and administer incoming orders accurately and within required timescales.

  • Provide support to colleagues on parts queries and offer wider assistance as needed to help the department meet business requirements.

  • Identify, raise and progress warranty claims promptly and efficiently.

  • Review oil and desiccant sample analysis reports, flag any failures, and ensure the necessary corrective actions are implemented.

  • Raise and manage supplier purchase orders (POs).

  • Support the gathering and submission of EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) data.

  • Maintain clear verbal and written communication with internal teams, external customers and other stakeholders to support effective service delivery.

  • Undertake any other reasonable functional or administrative duties assigned by management from time to time.

Skills/experience required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong track record of developing positive customer relationships.

  • High level of flexibility and initiative, with the drive to improve processes and systems.

  • Strong written ability and confident numeracy skills.

  • Sound commercial awareness.

  • Full, valid driving licence.
