Roles & Responsibilities
Carry out scheduled stock counts accurately and within required timescales.
Investigate stock discrepancies and resolve inventory issues.
Record count results and maintain accurate system records.
Check product locations, labels, and stock accuracy.
Support stock investigations and reconciliation activities.
Confirm inbound stock reconciliations and manifest accuracy.
Liaise with internal departments regarding stock queries.
Resolve stock-related issues and exceptions within the warehouse.
Work closely with operational teams to maintain stock accuracy.
Follow site procedures and stock control processes at all times.
Shift Pattern
4 on 4 off Night Shift
6:00pm - 6:00am
About You
Previous experience within Stock Control, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Operations is essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good IT and PC skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, committed, and positive approach to work.
HLOP experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
