HR GO Recruitment is supporting a global organisation with the rollout of Phase 1 of a global Regulatory Information Management (RIM) platform using Veeva Vault RegulatoryOne. We're looking for a Technical Product Lead (technical product manager level) who can own the backlog, translate complex regulatory needs into delivery-ready requirements, and support a validated, inspection-ready implementation.

This is a high-impact role working closely with global Regulatory and IT teams, with strong potential to extend beyond the initial 8 months for ongoing platform support and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

    • Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap and backlog across PLM, QMS and Regulatory digital capabilities.
    • Prioritise enhancements, defects, integrations and technical debt based on business value, compliance risk, user impact and capacity.
    • Lead discovery: stakeholder interviews, workshops, process reviews and gap assessments (current vs future state).
    • Produce high-quality documentation: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data/reporting requirements, and traceability.
    • Translate regulatory processes into scalable platform requirements (configuration, workflow automation, reporting, integrations, analytics).
    • Support delivery activities including SIT/UAT, defect triage, release readiness, cutover planning and post-go-live hypercare.
    • Contribute to Computer System Validation (CSV): URS/FS inputs, risk assessments, test scripts, evidence and approvals.
    • Ensure change follows SDLC/Agile, GxP, security, data privacy, and change control expectations.

What we're looking for (essential)

    • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RegulatoryOne (RIM).
    • Strong background in Product Ownership / Business Analysis / Systems Delivery (typically 7+ years) within regulated environments.
    • Knowledge of PLM, QMS, and Regulatory processes (change control, deviations, CAPA, audits, complaints, submissions/registrations, regulatory documentation).
    • Working understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, data integrity and audit trails.
    • Confident working with global stakeholders and vendors; able to influence and drive alignment.
