Our Bishops Stortford based client is seeking a Technical Engineering Team Services Leader is responsible for managing and overseeing a team of technical service (medical equipment ) professionals,

Ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and driving team performance.

They will need to lead the team , be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of technical service professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services,

Encouraging high performance within a close team, mentoring individual members, and may also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Work closely with the Service Manager to deliver and coordinate the optical equipment unique business services.

Key Responsibilities: to include

  • Team Leadership:

Leading and motivating the engineering team, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Performance Management:

Monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing training and development programs.

  • Technical Support:

Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the timely delivery of solutions.

Pre-commissioning related data and feedback for new products

Providing some related IT Support

Working directly with in electro-mechanical house service and repair Team

  • Project Management:

Managing and overseeing the delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

  • Client Communication:

Maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

Analysing service performance metrics, identifying trends, and reporting and delivering on key performance indicators.

  • Collaboration:

Working closely with other teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
