Salary: £11,950.00 P/A
Are you a confident communicator with a knack for building rapport over the phone? We are seeking a motivated Tele-Sales Consultant to join a busy sales team. This role involves outbound and inbound telephone sales, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities to hit and exceed targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound enquiries
- Present products and services clearly and persuasively, tailor solutions to customer needs
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes
- Handle objections professionally and close sales while delivering excellent customer service
- Work with the wider sales and customer service teams to pass on leads and feedback
- Provide regular updates on progress and contribute ideas to improve sales scripts and processes
Skills and experience required
- Previous tele-sales experience is preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Target-driven mindset with resilience and persistence
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic MS Office applications
- Professional telephone manner and customer-focused approach
