TIG Welder / Fabricator

  • Full-Time, Permanent
  • Location: Sandy / Cambourne / St Neots / Huntingdon area
  • Salary: Up to £20.00 per hour (DOE)
  • Overtime: Paid at 1.5x (weekdays & Saturday mornings)
  • Transport: Due to rural location, own transport is essential


We're seeking an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator to work on stainless steel (1-12mm). You'll fabricate and weld high‑quality components from engineering drawings while maintaining excellent standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Duties:

  • TIG welding & fabrication on stainless steel (incl. pipework/purge)
  • Working from engineering drawings & tolerances
  • High‑quality workmanship and safe working practices
  • Supporting production and occasional on‑site work

Requirements:

  • TIG welding experience with stainless steel
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Relevant qualification or apprenticeship preferred
  • Reliable, safety‑focused, team‑oriented

Working Hours:

(39/wk): Mon 7:30am-4:00pm, Tue 7:30am-4:30pm, Wed-Thu 7:30am-5:00pm, Fri 7:30am-12:00 mid-day (OT available).
