About the Role
HRGO Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Picking & Packing Operative to join a busy warehouse team based on the LOC8 Industrial Estate in Maidstone.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience who is confident using scanners for picking and packing orders and is looking for a long-term position.
Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
Using handheld scanners to locate, pick and process stock.
Checking items against order information to ensure accuracy.
Preparing orders for dispatch.
Moving and organising stock within the warehouse.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
Following all warehouse procedures and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience is essential.
Previous picking and packing experience is essential.
Experience using handheld scanners is essential.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
A reliable and hardworking attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
