Warehouse Operative - Oxford (OX16)

Temp-to-perm opportunity

Location: Banbury - Oxford, OX16

Pay Rates

  • Days: £13.40 per hour
  • Nights: £14.40 per hour

Shift Pattern

4 days on / 4 days off, 12-hour shifts

You must be available to work Monday through Sunday on a rotating shift pattern.

  • Day Shift: 6:00am to 6:00pm
  • Night Shift: 6:00pm to 6:00am

Duties Include

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately
  • Preparing goods for dispatch
  • Checking products for quality and damage
  • Labelling and scanning stock
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Following all health and safety procedures at all times

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable being on your feet for long periods
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Important Information

Please note that you must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test during your first-day induction. As well as a maths and English test.

As part of the role, you will also be required to handle alcohol products.
