We are seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking products for delivery to ensure timely and efficient distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated locations according to delivery orders and instructions.
- Ensure that the correct products and quantities are selected and prepared for dispatch.
- Maintain high standards of quality in picking processes to minimize errors.
- Organize and stage picked products for loading and shipping.
- Assist in the upkeep and organization of the warehouse facility.
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
