A busy and growing signage and graphics business is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join their friendly team. The role covers a mix of workshop production and site-based installation work, producing high-quality signage, vehicle graphics and large-format branding solutions for customers across the UK. Previous signage experience is an advantage, but not essential for the right person - attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are key.
Key responsibilities
Manufacturing and assembling a range of signs (including illuminated signage)
Vehicle graphics and wrap installation (full and partial wraps)
Vinyl preparation and application (weeding, masking, application to boards/vehicles/surfaces)
Assisting with large format print and finishing (loading media, trimming, mounting, laminating where trained)
Supporting installation work on customer sites (measuring, fitting, working to drawings/specs)
General workshop duties: keeping work areas tidy, handling materials, maintaining tools/equipment
Ensuring high quality standards and following health & safety procedures at all times
What we're looking for
Essential:
A hands-on, practical approach and willingness to work in a workshop environment
Good attention to detail and pride in producing a quality finish
Reliable, punctual and able to work to deadlines
Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
Willingness to learn new skills and take instruction
Desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience in signage, print/finish, graphics, or vehicle wrapping
Full UK driving licence
Experience working on-site/installation work
Relevant site tickets (e.g., CSCS, IPAF, PASMA) - training can be supported for the right person
